Limited Account Paypal Withdraw

Limited Account Paypal Withdraw

We all know that  Paypal is really strict in securing your account to the point that they sometimes limit an account that’s not doing anything against their terms of service.

I know that there’s a lot of people out there that has a limited Paypal account and can’t get there money out of it because it is limited. There are also some people that uses a fake name or information on that account so they cannot submit any documents to lift the limitation of their Paypal account.
Don’t worry! Now here’s the solution! In this article you will learn How to Get Your Money in a Limited Paypal Account.

This method is very simple yet very effective and many of my friends tried this and it works on all of them.
This method will work on :
  • Limited Paypal account with fake information
  • Limited Paypal account with real information
  • Limited Paypal account with Legal Funds (Not yet tested in Illegal funds)
This Method don’t need:
  • A Bank Account
  • Documents
To make this thing short, all you need to do is just to send an email on their escalation office. You will just send an email in this email address:
executiveoffice@paypal.com

This is the email format. You need to edit it based on your case and needs.  Please don’t forget to put your Paypal case number on the beginning of the letter.

Case: PP-001-791-506-236 AND PP-001-730-392-589

I am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds/account be lifted. I am not necessarily requesting that my account be re-opened or allowed to continue to use the PayPal service, as I have already decided to move to your largest competitor and am no longer in need of PayPal’s services.

I have previously email paypal that my account is not at risk and those transactions has made by me. Although I still disagree with the decision to deny my email I will abide by it – however because I feel that limiting my account for a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy is excessive, and perhaps a punitive abuse of power, I will be filing complaints with the following agencies on Wednesday morning, Aug 29 2012, if I am not satisfied with PayPal’s response to this request to lift limitation to my account:

The United States Federal Reserve
http://www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/complaintinfo.cfm?info=1

I understand that PayPal does not operate as a “bank” which is precisely why they may be interested in such complaints
The Better Business Bureau:
https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/complaintlink.aspx

All complaints will be filed “online” Wednesday morning Aug. 29, 2012 and written copies will also be sent via certified postal mail.

I understand PayPal’s need to hold those account for security purpose; however a review of my account history for the last month will reveal that I didn’t break your rules or terms of services. I feel that any reasonable person would conclude that limiting my account is excessive and maybe viewed by some as punitive or as already stated, an unnecessary abuse of power and perhaps even contrary to the laws of some states. That being said I have no problem with. I just need you to let me withdraw my funds to a bank account and then close my account, I feel that this is a fair resolution while still leaving PayPal with the means to limit my account again in any future.

Please be aware that replying with the standard “this is part of the terms of service that you agreed to” will not satisfy my request, or deter me from filing my complaints with the agencies listed above on the morning of Wednesday Aug. 29. It will be up to those agencies to determine if PayPal is operating within the law, abusing power, etc. I am simply seeking a resolution that is fair and in the best interest of both parties.Thank you for your time again in looking into this matter.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RESPOND ON THIS EMAIL ADDRESS AND I NEED A RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

They will respond past in that email, I guess that Paypal will reply same thing when they receive some email that is related to law suit. This is the reply that I received.
Dear Reynan Anne Abricante,

My name is Dave and I am with PayPal’s Executive office. I am responding to your email received on August 28, 2012.
I apologize for any frustration the limitation placed on your account has caused; however, due to the nature of your business model and past payments received, we are unable to restore full access to your account. The decision to end our business relationship is a final decision and cannot be appealed.

Despite our decision, we have released the available balance in your account for withdrawal. There is currently $231.57 USD in the balance. You will need to add and confirm a bank account in order to withdraw the funds. This normally takes between three and five business days. If you have additional concerns, you may contact me at 1-402-952-8394 between the hours of 10:00am and 6:30pm Monday through Friday.

Very sincerely yours,
Dave

But my problem is I don’t have a bank account because this is only a stealth account / fake account. So what I did is I replied on their email with this :
Dear Dave,

Hi again, I just read your email, My problem now is I don’t have my own bank account.  Can you help me please? I’m requesting for my fund to be withdrawn in my cousin’s bank account. Is that possible? Please make it possible for me because I really need that money so bad.

Regards,
Reynan

After sending that email they replied with this :

Dear Reynan Abricante,

My name is Mary and I am a member of PayPal’s Executive Escalations office.  Your concerns were forwarded to me for review and response.  I would like to take this opportunity to fully address your concerns.
Thank you for your recent email.  From your inquiry, I understand you are contacting us regarding withdrawing the funds in the amount of P9, 461.76 PHP.

I apologize for any inadequacy or inconsistency of service you feel you have received to date. We accept that issues like yours can be very confusing and we hope that by clarifying the situation and offering you the right advice we can help in explaining PayPal’s actions.

Withdraw funds from your PayPal account:
  • To your local bank account.
  • To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
  • To your US bank account.
Unfortunately, you may not withdraw the funds into your cousin’s bank account. Please add one of the prior suggestions in your name. Alternately, you may provide another PayPal Account that we may transfer the funds on your behalf.

As always, please feel free to contact PayPal’s Executive Escalations Department at executiveoffice@paypal.com if you have any questions or concerns or if we can be of further assistance.

 Very sincerely yours,
 Mary

They allow me to send the funds in another Paypal account, What I did is I contacted a friend and ask for her permission to send his Paypal email. I send another email with the alternative Paypal account for the funds to be transferred with.
After 2 – 3 Days the account that I gave received the funds. And he withdraw it and give the money to me in cash.
